Your username: Mabel
Phrase needed in application: Fantasy Relms are real.
Character name: Mabel Elms.
Race: Half human, half fairy.
Gender: Female
Age: 18
Appearance: Mabel is very fetching. She has very fair skin, Large, round honey brown eyes, and wavy long, light brown hair. Her face is slim, a narrow nose and chin, small ears. She is about 5-4, looks like she weighs about 115 lbs, but because of her fairy blood she is very light, so she only weighs about 105 lbs. She has long legs, delicate fingers, full lips, small feet, and a slim figure. Whe Mabel is preparing to fight, or when she has let out her wings or is about to create fire, her skin takes on a golden shimmer.
Home: Fire Island.
Clothing: Mabel wears black leather pants, and a tight fitting, crimson tanktop. Her feet are covered in knee high, black leather boots that lace up the front, and a gold arm circlet on her left arm. The circlet was sculpted to look like flames.
Prefered weapons: Her control over fire.
house: Fire
Skills: Mabel is very nimble and acrobatic. She is able to control/create fire, a family trait passed on from her mothers side, her mother being a fire fairy. She is able to sprout a pair of large, shimmery leather wings from her shoulder blades to fly, and is also able to retract them.
Weakness: Water, because it puts out fire and damages her wings. She is clostrophobic, and is a germaphobe.
Personality/traits/Habits: Mabel is very kind hearted, yet she has a tough streak. She'll be your friend for life, but betray her, and you'll have hell to pay. If bored, she creates little balls of fire and tosses them up and down.
Pet: (optional): None. Although, she wouldn't mindi having a little dragon.
Brief History: Mabel's mother was a fire fairy who fell in love with an average human. Eventually, they married, and produced Mabel. Mabel was raised in a mixed family, one of humans and fairies. She felt slightly alone, being the only one of mixed blood. So, she decided to go to the elemental school, where she heard tell there were many other's like her, others of mixed lineage. She resides in the fire house at the school, and is very content there.
Element house: House of Fire.
Role Play sample: Mabel sat in class, her chin resting in the palm of her hand. The lecture so far was very boring, and it was an effort not to succomb to sleep. Stifling a yawn, she sat up straighter. In an effort to stay awake, she produced a small ball of fire and began tossing it back and forth between her hands. She vaguely noticed her skin was now shimmering with a golden light, as it always did when she produced fire. "Ms. Elms!" Startled, she dropped the small flame. It hissed on the metal of her desk. Blushing, she quickly extinguished it with a wave of her hand.
"Yes, professor?"
"Would you please stop tossing fire around. Its a bit distracting for those who are trying to listen to the lecture." Mabel looked around at the other students. Many of them were staring into space, and others were actually sleeping. She had a feeling her fire wasn't bothering anyone.
"Yes, of course. Sorry professor." The professor nodded sharply, the continued her long, endless lecture.
